October 29: The Holy Family varisty took first place at the District Tournament at Middle Park High School. The tigers defeated Mead HS, Bishop Machebeuf HS, and Middle Park HS in straight sets. Several season highs were set in their match against the #1 seed, Middle Park.
November 5: Holy Family Advances to State Volleyball Tournament by taking 2nd place and the Regional Trourament in Gilcrest. Following are the match results:
- Holy Famly defeated Roaring Fork in three sets, 25-19, 25-22, 25-14
- Holy Family Defeated Faith Christian in 4 sets, 25-15, 25-17, 23-25, 25-19
- Valley defeated Holy Family in 5 sets, 25-17, 25-14, 23-25, 9-25, 12-15
November 12: The Holy Family Volleyball team finished in 5th place in Class 3A with an overvall record of 21-7 for the year and 7-2 in post season play. Congratulations to the Tigers on a very successful year.
November 16: Metro North Newspaters has selected Kassy Johannsen as it's Volleyball Player of the Year, and to it's All Region Team. Coach Trisha Kroll was named as Volleyball Coach of the Year.
Kassy Johannsen and Mary Franz will be playing in the all state games at 12:00 at Arvada West High School.
